Ahead of the official opening of URC-2026, the Federation of Employers of Ukraine (FEU), together with Vice President of the Confederation of Danish Industry Marie Ged-Hansen, Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Haiduk, Deputy Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine Aliona Shkrum, and Denmark’s Special Representative for Cooperation with Private Defense Companies Ole Egbert Mikkelsen, took part in a Danish-Ukrainian networking reception.

We sincerely thank Thomas Lund-Sørensen, Ambassador of Denmark to Ukraine, for a substantive meeting during which we discussed key issues related to deepening bilateral economic cooperation and supporting Ukraine on its path towards the European Union.

This week, the Federation of Employers of Ukraine (FEU), together with its Danish partners, actively worked in Mykolaiv whithin the Danish-Ukrainian Veteran Partnership, established as part of the Labour Market Consortium project. The initiative is being implemented by the Federation of Employers of Ukraine together with the Confederation of Danish Industry (Danish Industry – DI), with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.

The Federation of Employers of Ukraine (FEU) held another meeting between representatives of Ukrainian businesses and its long-standing and reliable partner, the Danish Export and Investment Fund (EIFO), dedicated to financing Ukraine’s reconstruction projects.

The Federation of Employers of Ukraine (FEU) took part in the major Danish-Ukrainian Business Forum, together with Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine Oleksii Sobolev, First Deputy Minister for Communities and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine Aliona Shkrum, Ambassador of Denmark to Ukraine Thomas Lund-Sørensen, Vice President of the Confederation of Danish Industry Emil Fannikke Kiær, Head of UkraineInvest Maryna Khlystun, and representatives of Ukrainian and Danish businesses.

FEU and Mykolaiv Regional Employers’ Organization "Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Mykolaiv Region" hosted an important meeting with a delegation of Danish employers and trade unions. Representatives of employers and trade unions of Mykolaiv region, as well as local authorities, took part in the event.
