FEU and Mykolaiv Regional Employers’ Organization "Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Mykolaiv Region" hosted an important meeting with a delegation of Danish employers and trade unions. Representatives of employers and trade unions of Mykolaiv region, as well as local authorities, took part in the event.

In the halls of the European Parliament, during an event organized by us together with Members of the European Parliament and our strategic partners — the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) — we presented and discussed the Ukrainian industrial agenda and the first coordinated vision of economic integration, formed by representatives of Ukrainian business.

The EU's introduction of autonomous trade preferences for Ukraine in 2022 provided significant support to Ukraine's agricultural sector. Together with the EU's economic and military assistance, this was an important step in the gradual economic recovery and job preservation in the wartime. The share of agricultural products in Ukraine's exports remains significant and any increase in trade barriers will have a negative impact on macroeconomic stability and employment in Ukraine.
