Dmytro Oliynyk, the FEU President

The Federation of Employers of Ukraine is a non-political organization having a constructive stance and guided by economic expediency in a decision-making process. Social dialogue

The Federation of Employers of Ukraine supports the European model of social dialogue in Ukraine. This means that every social partner – the government, employers and trade unions – has equal rights to maintain its positions and projections of the country development.

At the same time every social partner is responsible for its actions. At present, employers have become leaders of many processes in the country. Private enterprises generate about 60% of the national GDP.
Development of the country depends on business's position as well as on position of the government and trade unions.

International relations

"Today, business is not limited to the borders of countries, it has become global. And improvement of working conditions of companies, for example, only in Ukraine, is not sufficient for development of such companies. We need to unite efforts and strengthen the role of employers around the world". Dmytro Oliynyk, the FEU President

The role and position of business, including the real economy, should grow in the world. Employers are responsible for millions of jobs. Therefore, employers have to actively influence the national and international economic and financial politics, in particular, to prevent a new crisis.

The Federation insists that the state should consider business position when choosing a vector of international economic policy. Only in this case Ukraine will have a strong position in negotiations with other countries.
